In 2017, I place an emphasis on connecting with and building relationships with our students and their families. I work collaboratively with a team of enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated colleagues to learn, share and discuss effective teacher practice, ensuring I provide the best opportunities for all of our students to succeed. I strongly believe that both teacher and student reflection and feedback will educate, motivate and inspire my students to take responsibility for their learning and to develop and nurture a growth mindset as they flourish into respectful and informed citizens of our local and global community.
